1 QUICK AND EASY WAY TO INCREASE YOUR VIEWINGS WHILE YOUR HOME IS ON THE MARKET…

I’m rather particular about the marketing of all of my properties, staging is something that I'm rather passionate about.  Sometimes though, even the smallest change can make the biggest difference.  So, do you want more viewers?

Go and check...

YOUR FRONT PICTURE

This should be the best front picture of your house that you have ever seen.

The best pictures contain a blue sky, colourful plants and sunshine glistening off the front of your home.

It should stand out against all the others and catch your eye.  Take a look here at three houses I have for sale.  Can guess which ones they are?

If you only make this one simple change…

Step one:

Go to Rightmove or Zoopla, search in your location and price bracket and find your home.  See what your competition is, both above and below.  Is your picture better?

Yes.  Great then you best give me a call to find out why your house may have dropped off the radar.  I have lots of tips to help you in other ways if your struggling to get those all important viewers.

No. Please go to step two

Step two:

Call up your agent. Ask them to retake your front picture on the next bright sunny day at the time when the sun is shining on the front of your house. Tell them exactly what time of day is best.

Show your home in it's best light.  Make people want to come and see it.

I love to help all of my sellers get the most from their sale.  This is about asking the right questions and getting the marketing right in the first instance.  I would be more than happy to have a chat to you about your home whether you are up for sale or just considering your options.

I’m here for you when you need me.  Feel free to call me on 01524 230722 or email me at v.green@v-move.co.uk with your address and Rightmove link to your house for a quick tip on improving your chances of a sale.

I can't wait to speak with you.
