The schools are
back, the routine is back for many families and extended families now childcare
is no longer required, it’s time for a new routine. Do you have children? I know with mine, it’s pretty hard to keep
tidy while they are off and when they go back to school it’s a little light
relief. A time to plan and put together
schedules, bedtimes, work times get back to the norm.
Great
Weather
September often
sees some great weather, it’s still warm, trees are still green and the grass
is still growing. Your house will still be looking great, the photographs will
still capture that summer sunshine and viewings will more than likely still
have a high chance of getting the best of the weather.
Holidays
are over
For most, Holidays
are scheduled in July and August, this means your viewers will be more available
to view. No more holidays getting in the
way of sales, surveys, solicitors duties.
Sales agreed in September can be much quicker with everyone looking to
complete before the cold weather sets in
New Home
for Christmas
Imagine sitting in
front of your new log burner, in the living room of your dreams with your 6
foot real tree in the corner of your home.
That’s right, sell right in September and you could have your dream
Christmas with your family round the dinner table in your new home.
Plenty of
choice
As September dawns
and many people will be looking to move you’ll have a much bigger choice. It’l be much easier to find your ideal next
home.
That’s right, this
is always attractive as when the nights are longer your viewers can’t view too
late into the evening. That means they’ll
come during working hours, so you’re normal daytime routine isn’t disturbed!
Here’s a great
reason for selling in the slightly less sunny months – the sunshine won’t show
up the dust as much!! Ever sat in a room
with the sun streaming through the window and all you can see is the dust on
the surface and you’ll have only dusted the day before! Unless it’s a super
bright day you ca get away with it.
